This free CPD hybrid event will be presented in conjunction with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Louth County Council, Cork County Council, Tipperary County Council and O'Herlihy Access Consultancy.
Compliance with Part M is essential for the securing the health, safety, and welfare of persons in or about buildings, this CPD will explore the basis demonstrating, achieving and inspecting of compliance with Part M in regard to Dwellings and non-Dwellings and New and Existing Building. Therefore, we must ensure as Building Control and Housing Officers, Designers, Builders and Owners that we understand how compliance is achieved, what knowledge gaps are present and what additional resources may be required.
