Limerick Institute of Technology (LIT) in collaboration with Limerick for Engineering, an industry consortium have developed a degree level apprenticeship designed to upskill qualified electricians to Industrial Electrical Engineers in just 2 years.

 

An LIT Apprenticship can lead to an internationally recognised qualification at level 5 to 7 on the National Framework  of Qualifications (NFQ). 

The programme which is in it’s second year and supported by companies across the country has proven to be hugely successful.  Apprentices can earn while they learn and build valuable work ready skills which will open up exciting and rewarding careers.
