The first Annual Report by Dr. Nael G. Bunni, Chairperson of the Ministerial Panel of Adjudicators on the implementation of the Construction Contracts Act, 2013 has been published and submitted to Mr. Pat Breen, T.D., Minister of State at the Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation.

The Report which covers the period 26th July 2016 to 25th July 2017 states that there has been minimal activity in relation to statutory adjudication as a new dispute resolution methodology within the construction sector. The Chairperson has identified some factors that may have likely influenced this outcome. The full report is available here.
