The project comprises three distinct buildings providing an overall office campus of 8,000 m2. The design incorporates interconnecting rectangular office buildings, an historic warehouse, and a floating cantilevered glass box wrapped in twin skin full-glass exterior. The warehouse building required significant structural intervention including the off-site, faithful, reconditioning and restoration of the original timber roof trusses in a specialist joinery workshop. A complex project on a tight site, with poor ground, the scheme incorporates a mix of old and new standing in stark contrast to one another in a visually dominant position immediately south of the Samuel Beckett bridge.
