Ethos Engineering were the Joint award winners of the 2018 ACEI Award in the Overseas - Large Project Category for their project, High Density Prefabricated Data Centre, Amsterdam.
The high density prefabricated data centre in Amsterdam, Netherlands was constructed on an inadequate site utilising an existing industrial hub and an extension. In order to complete the electrical design a unique solution was required because of the lack of space and the tight programme timelines. This was achieved through off site fabrication and stacking. The outcome was very successful and has since been replicated on other sites.
