This modern city centre building is a hybrid of 19th century structures, a recession era shell block and modern construction transformed to highest quality A3 BER rated offices, meeting LEED Gold certification in the heart of Limerick. The design featured thermal modelling, shared BIM 3-D design and collaboration across all disciplines to produce a remarkable outcome.
