This purpose built ESB archive storage facility is designed and built to stringent climate control to protect the contents. Every aspect from building fabric, insulation, air service heat pumps and roof solar panels provide tight climate control without internal service facilities. It achieved BER of A1, Zero Carbon and BREAEAM Excellent ratings.
