This city centre project in Limerick on behalf of Limerick Twenty Thirty and Limerick City and County Councils involved the integration of three 19th century buildings with an abandoned recession era six storey concrete frame and a new five storey office block delivering 7,500 square metres of LEED Gold office space. The integration of the three elements was expertly achieved, requiring unique bespoke economic solutions for each element that delivered the architectural design, while also validating the client’s ambition to set a new standard for commercial buildings in Limerick.
