Going Lean for SMEs - Kildare< back to events

Location: Osprey Hotel Devoy Quarter W91 X40K Naas Co Kildare

Being lean goes far beyond cost-cutting, however. The lean process enables organizations to speed up, be more competitive, and build the capability of their people to identify issues and improve their operations. From this they can increase capacity as they improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Lean is the belief that waste can occur in any process and the aim of a Lean project is to eliminate this waste and only have steps that add value to your clients. Implementing Lean is key to the states Brexit Plan by ensuring Irish companies are competitive. To meet this challenge state agencies like Enterprise Ireland, the IDA and the LEO network are promoting and encouraging Irish businesses to get LEAN, with various state supports to help you get started.

A ‘Free’ to attend seminar will be held in Naas, Co Kildare on 1st August.  Registration and further information is available here.
