ACEI is pleased to congratulate Executive Member, Conor McCarthy on being appointed President of the Sligo Chamber.  A member of the executive of Sligo Chamber since 2009, Conor takes up the role as President having served on the management committee for the past year. 

From Lifford in County Donegal, Conor attended Summerhill College before graduating in Civil Engineering from NUIG.  He has worked for over 36 years in consulting engineering in Ireland and the U.S.  A Director and Partner at Jennings O’Donovan, Conor is a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of Engineers Ireland and a Registered Fellow of the Association of Consulting Engineers of Ireland (ACEI).
