The Cork Region, a regional committee within Engineers Ireland, is hosting two Design Competitions (for professionals and students) to celebrate the Cork Region's 80th Anniversary.
The first competition is for full time 3rd level students of all engineering and built environment disciplines to submit a poster of their vision of a future crossing of the River Lee and/or Cork Harbour.
The closing date for the competition is February 18th. See here for further details.
The second competition is open to members of Engineers Ireland, and all other built environment professionals, to submit an illustration of their vision of Cork City in 80 years’ time; the year 2101.
